Derived naturally from real pineapple. This concentrate is potent with a very sweet, ripe pineapple flavour and aroma, not the fake lolly pineapple flavour. Perfect for Pineapple Seltzers, Sours or for amping up the tropical flavours in a tropical pale ale.
You really do not need to add too much, it is best to dose first into a glass of known volume to taste and scale up to your keg volume.
100mL in a 120mL Amber UV Resistant Vial with aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
