Carboy and Conical Flask Cap

“The Thorium brand universal Carboy and Conical Flask Cap is an ideal fit on 3, 5 and 6 gallon carboys and standard conical/Erlenmeyer flasks (58mm outside diameter openings) ensuring a tight fit around the carboy or flask mouth.

The cap is flexible and forms an airtight seal. The two openings are convenient for attaching or inserting thermometers, blow-off tubes, airlocks, siphons, or racking canes. The center spout is perfect to hold an airlock.

Ideal for making yeast starters in a conical flask utilising a standard airlock.

Carboy caps are exceptionally useful for blow-off tubes. Just add 3′ of 1/2″ racking tubing into a bucket of water as your airlock.

Includes two vinyl spout caps (white). Airlock and flask not included.

It is recommended that you soften up the cap in hot (boiled) water to ensure maximum flexibility and snugness of fit.”
