Falconer’s Flight Hops (US) 100G / T-90 Pellets

Developed by Hopunion LLC in 2010, Falconer’s Flight hop pellets are an exclusive proprietary hop blend created to honor and support the legacy of Northwest brewing legend, Glen Hay Falconer. Proceeds from each Falconer’s Flight purchase is contributed to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

The blend contains a range of different US hop varieties, including Citra, Simcoe and Sorachi Ace.

Aroma notes: Tropical, floral, lemon, grapefruit

Alpha Acids         9.5 – 12%

Beta Acids           4 – 5%

Cohumulone       20 – 25% of Alpha Acids

Total Oil               1.6 – 4.6 ml oil per 100 g cone weight

Myrcene              ~45%

Humulene            ~17%

Caryophyllene    ~8.8%

Farnesene           ~2.3%

Linalool                ~0.4%

Geraniol               ~1%
