Mosaic Hops
Named for the unusually complex array of aromas it produces, Mosaic is another modern hop variety with the moderately high alpha acids and heavy aroma that usually come with the territory.
The aroma profile is unique, and this “mosaic” of variety works well into a variety of beer styles. This is a hop that excels throughout the brewing process, from early additions right through to dry-hopping, with a clean bitterness to round it off.
Aroma notes: Blueberry, tangerine, papaya, rose, blossoms, grass, bubble gum, mango, stonefruit, melon. What a mix.
