Derived naturally from real limes. This particular concentrate is eerily similar to the Cottees Lime Cordial / Pine-Lime SunnyBoy flavour. Delicious for making ginger rum and lime mixed drinks, radlers, seltzers or sour beers.

You really do not need to add too much. Testing was done in 1 x 19L Beer Keg consisting of Pilsner Malt and Hersbrucker hops, 12mL was used to reach a balanced flavour level without overpowering the senses.
100mL in a 120mL Amber UV Resistant Vial with aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
