Derived naturally from real raspberries. This particular concentrate is as close to Allens Raspberry gummie lollies we’ve been able to source. Absolutely incredible for extra aroma and taste when making a Raspberry Berlinner Weisse. It will not contribute colour, so I’d still suggest to use some frozen / fresh raspberries.

This has been tested in 19L Corny Keg of Berliner Weisse base made with Philly Sour Lallemand Yeast. Only 10mL was used as it had 1kg of frozen raspberries mixed in secondary that provided some flavour.

100mL in a 120mL Amber UV Resistant Vial with aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.

We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
