Simcoe is another one of those modern hop breeds with its own thoroughly unique and complex aroma profile. Suitable as a dual-purpose hop due to its smooth bittering characteristics and aromatic capabilities, Simcoe has a strong following amongst craft brewers and home brewers alike.

Aroma notes: Passionfruit, pine, sweet berries, citrus, earthy, perfume.
