Sodium Chloride Superfine Pure Sea Salt – 400g

Sodium chloride is ideal to be added to gose’ or for adjusting Sodium and Chloride levels in your mash water without adding more calcium.

This Superfine Salt is a pure, dried and naturally evaporated sea salt.

It has an average particle size of approximately 0.3mm making it highly soluble. It will readily dissolve making it suitable for use during the mash or in brine preparation.

This salt does not contain any anti-caking agents or additives like iodine meaning that it is ideal for homebrew, pickling or preserving.

Suitable for use in tomato sauce, salami, sausages and ham products.

Note: Keep pickling salt in an airtight container away from moisture to prevent clumping.

Grade 27 (Solar Fine) salt is the finest classified solar grade available that has been kiln dried (stoved) and sterilised for general use
