Dingemans Aromatic Malt (Belgium)
Aromatic Malt is smooth, clean, and slightly sweet, with a rich, intense malty flavour and deep reddish colour. This malt is a European-style Munich Malt perfect for Oktoberfest beers or any Belgian-style or beers that need a more malty taste or smell.
The intensive germination and mild kilning of Dingemans Aromatic will add a very strong malt aroma and a deep reddish colour. Aromatic malt also improves flavour stability. This malt is rather low in diastatic power, therefore it can make up to 30% of a grist.
Used in: Trappist, Abbey, Amber beers, Ales, Bock beers
